What to include when you write
Including these up front saves a round trip and gets you a real answer faster:
- Order questions: your order number and the email you used at checkout
- Damaged or incorrect items: your order number, a photo of the problem, and a photo of the shipping label
- Address changes or cancellations: your order number, and send it as soon as possible — orders enter production quickly
Before you write
A few things you can check first:
- Tracking hasn't updated? Carrier scans can lag 24–48 hours after you get the shipping email.
- Wondering when it'll arrive? Every item is printed to order, so the total wait is production time plus shipping. See our Shipping Policy.
- Something arrived wrong? We'll replace or refund it, and you won't need to ship it back. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Business hours
We're not a call center, and there's no phone line. Messages sent evenings, weekends, or holidays are answered on the next business day.
