FAQ

Is this official Chicago Bears or NFL merchandise?

No. Indiana Bears Merchandise is an independent fan shop in Northwest Indiana. Our designs are original fan artwork. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Chicago Bears, the National Football League, the Northwest Indiana Stadium Authority, or the City of Hammond. "Indiana Bears" is a fan nickname, not the team's name.

Which phones does the MagSafe wallet work with?

The wallet snaps onto any phone with built-in MagSafe or Qi2 magnets, including iPhone 12 and newer and Google Pixel 10 phones. It also works on top of any MagSafe-compatible magnetic case. Phones without built-in magnets, such as the Samsung Galaxy S26, need a magnetic case or magnetic ring first.

How many cards does the wallet hold?

Up to two cards, such as your ID and one payment card. It comes in black or white vegan PU leather and costs $29.99.

How long does shipping take?

Every item is made to order. Production takes about 2 to 5 business days, and U.S. delivery takes about 3 to 5 business days after that, so most orders arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Orders that include several items may arrive in separate packages.

How much is shipping, and where do you ship?

Shipping is a flat $6.00 per order within the United States, no matter how many items you buy. We currently ship to the United States only.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and you don't need to send the item back.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes within 2 hours of your order. Once an item goes into production, it can't be changed or canceled.
